Firefox fonts (mostly!) fixed!!!

Hi everyone,

After battling with hideous looking font rendering in Firefox, I managed to track down the following fix (it works fine for Kunbuntu 7.10 & Firefox 2.0.0.12):

A couple of the program fonts (for example the 'Help" & 'Close' buttons on the preferences window) are still distorted, but the rendering of pages is now much nicer!

Just thought I'd pass on the info!

you can also add the widget and feel the difference.

It's a pity the Kubuntu & Ubuntu forums don't cross-pollinate a bit more!
