Hi all,
Being a long time windows user who's just testing out Kubuntu 7.10, I've installed a couple of fonts from my XP install. The main one I want to use is Tahoma 8-point, just to make the desktop look a tab more familiar!
I went into system settings/appearance/fonts and made it the default font for everything, apart from the fixed-width font, obviously. It works fine, and the desktop (1024x768) is looking very nice (and familiar!).
However, when I run Firefox, all of the menu/titlebar/etc fonts are looking misshapen - I'm not even sure if it's using the Tahoma font at all...
There are no options in Firefox to change the window/menu fonts, since they should be using the system fonts (Tahoma)
Does this sound like a KDE issue?
Forgive me if I'm a bit light on info, but I suspect there is a simple answer to this one!
Also, I apologise in advance for the bozo-questions I'm sure to come up with in the next few days - I've done my best to wade through the forums to see if there are any answers there already!
Cheers,
Mike.
