could I use gnome-art with kubuntu or shift the themes? [solved]

hi, buddies,
I was used to use with ubuntu's the gnome-art which I installed new themes and I liked best. could I use the gnome-art with kubuntu? by using the terminal do I set up like that "sudo apt-get install gnome-art" ? i'd appreciate your helpful hints for the new kunbuntu user. as i'm a newbie i don't know all rigt to shift the themes with the kubuntu (the last release).best regards.

ps: my pc is : Version of Kubuntu 7.10 (the last release); CPU type (32) and manufacturer (Intel); motherboard manufacturer (soyo); desktop; types (IDE) and number of internal HDs (just 1); keyboard/mouse connection type - (USB); my video card brand and model ( G-Force 5500).

I think that the answer is yes and no . You could use gnome-art, but gnome themes work only with gtk applications: Gnome themes in KDE?

But don't worry, there are plenty of KDE themes in the KDE-Look org.

Most things in the KDE are themed (you can easily change them). Look at the CustomizeKubuntu.


How to install KDE theme file:

Control Centre
Press Alt + F2 and type kcontrol > Appearance & Themes > Theme Manager...
Example: my oxygen theme in the Topic: KDE 3.x Oxygen theme?

System Settings:
Install deb package. K > System Settings > Appearance > Style... and K > System Settings > Appearance > Window Decorations ...

kdeartwork-theme-icon, icon themes released with KDE.
