    Hibernate Problem

I have Kubuntu 7.10 set up to go into hibernate when my laptop (Toshiba A105) lid closes but when I open it up I get a black screen with a blinking cursor and I can't get it to start up back up. It doesn't respond to the keyboard nor the power button. I have to turn the power off to reboot.

How do I fix this? Thanks.

    Re: Hibernate Problem

I have had issues with hibernation for both of my laptops running kubuntu. I do not use hibernation for that reason, along with a couple others. Much easier for me.
