I'm not exactly a newbie, but there are a lot of simple questions one doesn't ask oneself very often:
In Kopete, my MSN friends have the "Now Listening" status come through showing a musical note as part of the text. I wanted to set mine up kind of like that (a music note is much shorter than "Now Listening to:"), but the old DOS/Windows "hold down alt and enter the code" doesn't work.
Using a character map app didn't help either - I just ended up with the unicode \u266b (or whatever number) in the field.
So, how does one go about putting special characters into KDE text boxes, or is it just not possible?
