    Busybox

    Hello,

    I'm trying to install Linux on my new PC on my old one i hade first ubuntu and then Kubuntu.
    When I' try to boot the CD I get somthing thats calld "BusyBox". I get this with everithing. (Mandriva, Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Mythbuntu) but noth with openSuse but I dont't like openSuse (Frosstwire and so don't work).

    Can somebody help my to install Kubuntu or Ubuntu?

    Please provide us with some details about your 'new' PC:

    Manufacturer/Model (Desktop or Laptop / 32- or 64-bit)
    Manufacturer/Model of video card (or chip set)
    Version of *ubuntu you are trying to install (Dapper, Edgy, Feisty, Gutsy)
    LiveCD or Alternate DVD
    Keyboard type (USB, PS/2, ?)
    Mouse type (USB, PS/2, ?)
    Main HD type/size (IDE, SATA, PATA)
    Other OS installed (Windoze - 95/98/ME/XP/2000/Vista, other Linux (type), none)
    Internet connection method (dial-up, DSL, Router-DSL (wired/wireless/both))
    Network card type (Intel, Broadcom, ?)
    Windows no longer obstructs my view.

      This busybox?

      If so then does the command 'exit' quit it and allow you to continue onto the livecd? (I'm guessing this to be the function of exit, which is visible in the list of commands shown in the image on the above linked page)
