I regularly receive invoices and statements from a particular company. In Outlook Express they appear as a normal .htm attachment (where I can double click on it, and it opens in IE and I can print it) yet in Kmail it does not appear as an attachment but as follows:

What is happening? I have to forward these messages to myself and go into Windows where I can read them as usual in OExpress. If I could fix this it would save a lot of swapping between systems. Thanks Richard
