sound problem

I was changing something in regional and language settings and I log out and log in(without restart).And than this message appear.I cant open Amorak anymore.What happened?

Helen this looks a little like a permissions problem. Maybe in your configurations you were doing something as "sudo" or root, and it touched the sound system somehow?
