Hello,
I read from a few places on the net that its dangerous to Hibernate a Dual booting laptop (XP/Kubuntu 7.04) from one OS and bootup in the other OS.
However I want a simpler thing to work. If I hibernate windows XP and start up the laptop and select Windows XP in the GRUB menu, windows restores from hibernation. But when Hibernate from Kubuntu and startup Kubuntu again from GRUB it always starts a fresh session, or even worse hangs, then I have to start Kubuntu with safe mode from GRUB menu to work again.
Please help me fix this. I need to be able to Hibernate in Kubuntu and then restore the same session.
Thanks.
