Okay, hopefully my german was up to understanding your problem and your english is up to understanding the following (my german is definitely not up to replying).
As I understand it your problem is that you have no sound, and that looking at kmix there appears no problem there.

Thanks a lot for your replies!

My daughter is feels not that confidence in her english, so dad has to feed back.

We tried all even uninstall sound and install alsamixer.
The soundcard identifies as snd_hda_intel!
alsamixer on console does not respond to keystroke "m" oder "M".
a green or grey box is not indicated.
there a "only" 3 meters after pressing F5 <Master> <PCM> <Digital>
The identified chip is Realtek ID 268
we also terminated Kmix.
There we found the Digital too, with a red LED we can toggle from bright to more grey with no effect on the sound.

Is there more to read?

Okay, first thing, the alsamixer.
When you have it loaded in konsole any channel with 'MM' and the bottom is muted. If one of them is muted (expect mic, thats not relevant here) then use the left and right arrow keys to select that channel and then the 'm' key should toggle mute.
The following is a snapshot of my alsamixer, you can see that the channels 'CD' and 'Mic' are both muted, while the rest are not. LFE is the channel currently selected (hence the red).

That all looks in order, and your daughter privacy is safe (unless she objects to our knowing the specifics of her hardware).

I would say that the link in dibl's is definitely the way to go. Specifically install alsa-utils using adept and then:

to the /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base

(it may also be necessary to install alsa-driver and alsa-libs, but these are not in the repositories and I doubt they are actually needed). You may need to do the other steps in that post as well, but given the results of aplay -l I don't think they will be necessary.

PS: Did you take another look at alsamixer to see if any of the channels are muted?

To be honest I'm not sure exactly what the next step should be. I would recommend going through that link from dibl and following the procedure it mentions step by step from the beginning (let us know if you have trouble with one of the steps and we'll help you out).
