If possible im wanting to use the command line instead of the system tray, i understand that "ps -ax" displays all current running processes? And then it would just be kill and then its ID to end it? But say I had ktorrent running in the background and I wanted to bring its window up to check on my downloads, is there a command for doing such a thing? Bringing on screen an app that's running in the system tray?

Are you trying to perform this on the computer you are on? Or possibly over ssh?

I click on the tray icon to bring it up on the screen. Then I can click the tray icon again to make it minimize back to the tray.
