uninstall windows application using wine

i installed wine using adept and using that i installed winzip90.exe but now i want to remove winzip and put winrar as it supports many archive types..... i dunno how to uninstall winzip installed using wine........ i also dunno how to perform general uninstallation as am a newbie.... i think this is correct

sudo apt-get remove {package}

help.. thnx in advance
