I am currently running 7.10 (upgraded from 7.04) and would like to take a look at compiz. What is involved in installing it and running it at this point. I took a look in Adept and the "compiz" meta-package looked hopeful until I read this in the Details: " and the files necessary to integrate compiz with the GNOME desktop environment.
- Please do not use the CODE tag when pasting content that contains formatting (colored, bold, underline, italic, etc).
The CODE tag displays all content as plain text, including the formatting tags, making it difficult to read.
