Convert from fat32 to ext3?

I have a truecrypt volume as fat32, how can I change the filesystem to ext3?
I don't care about any data on the drive.

Hi,

If you don't need any datas from this partition, so you can use mk2fs /dev/<partitionName> or more simply (and with GUI) with qtparted (apt-get install qtparted) by choosing Format option on the partition you want to change.
