    malware screwing up firefox appearance

I am using FF 2.0.0.6 on kubuntu 7.04 with aquatint black skin I was just attacked by a malware multiple popup (scanner.malware-scan). I immediately closed Firefox. On restarting I noticed major changes in FF appearance:
    1. I have a line in userchrome allowing multiple rows. The rows are now double spaced with a white background where the original background was dark grey. Also I think the icons are larger.
    2. the dropdowns (edit, history etc) are now double spaced.
    3. Some webpage renderings are not right, probably due to double spacing.
Could someone help me get back my old FF appearance?

Solved. The problem was in the theme Aquatint Black.
