    Dolphin - View file type

I like the new Dolphin file explorer, just one issue though, in the column display "details" I can't seem to find a way of adding a new column telling me what the file type is.

In my music folder, I have a mixture of OGG, MP3 and WAV files, i'd really like to be able to sort them based on their type.

    Can it be done?

      Fintan was faster

      Have you tried:

Settings > Configure Dolphin > View Modes > Details -> Columns -> type

I don't have D3lphin 0.92 (Gutsy default). But the Dolphin 0.95 (KDE4 beta) has "type" in the columns.
      Before you edit, BACKUP !

Why there are dead links ?

I don't think d3lphin (the kde3 version) has 'type' available as a column
