hiya,
searched the forum but didn't find the right answers, so could anybody please help: I created encrypted data containers 2 years ago with a Debian Woody linux installation, worked nicely. Now that i switched to Kubuntu (which i like very much, great work!) i cannot mount them again, though i installed all Ubuntu loop-aes packages:
ioctl: LOOP_SET_STATUS: Das Argument ist ungültig, requested cipher or key length (256 bits) not supported by kernel
What did I miss?
Thanks for your help,
b.
(mount command was:
mount /home/XXX/filename.ext2 /crypto/ -o loop,encryption=aes256 )
