    computer wont start

i recently installed kubuntu through a program called wubi. i was just going to experiment with linux for fun. the site said that the installer would take care of everything for you and you could dual boot with xp just fine. so after installing it and messing around for a little bit i was ready to go back to windows. so i clicked restart after realizing it was restarting kubuntu not my computer i held down the power button till it was off. after turning it on my computer has ben in an endless restarting loop in the bios. i am currently on my friends computer and hope to god i dont have to reformat. any suggestions?
