newbie apt-get problem

I want to download msttcorefonts but I get the following.

sudo apt-get install msttcorefonts
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

Help me!!

Is there something else running like Adept or Synaptic? Try sudo apt-get update.
