32bit Flash Player on 64bit Linux

Hello,
I found this article on the web; it explains (supposedly) how to get the 32bit Flash Player to run in a 64bit architecture easily. However, me being somewhat new to Kubuntu, I can't figure out how to get it to work. If someone out there can make any sense of it, please help me.

I also found this site explaining where to move the the flash files in 32bit Puppy Linux; I tried it following the instructions on the previous site, but it didn't work:

Assuming you're NOT trying it on *buntu Gutsy (7.10), the script at this link is written to install the 32-bit browser and the nspluginwrapper that you need to run flash and java on 64-bit. It is for *buntu -- I don't know that it would work on puppy.

I'm using Kubuntu Fiesty, not Puppy; I just found instructions to move libflashplayer.so to Firefox plugins and flashplayer.xpt to Firefox components on their web sight. So is the script on this sight to install 32bit browsers in a 64bit environment or 32bit Flash in 64bit browsers?

No, it will install your choice of 32-bit browser, and then install Flash, Java, and Mplayer in the browser.

I'm not totally clear on whether it will uninstall your 64-bit browser, however. If you're using Firefox, Swiftfox, or Iceweasel and want to be sure, I would first download the script, then uninstall the browser, then run the script. Upon completion, you'll have whichever browser you selected (32-bit version) and the add-ons.

I just installed the script and it installed the 32bit Flash in my 64bit Firefox! This is so cool! Thank you for your help, integr8e
