Laptop doesn't go online wirelessly. No Wireless card Detected, what must I do?

I have a Dell E1505 laptop with a Dell Wireless 1390 802.11b/g Mini Card (54Mbps) wireless card and can't seem to get online wirelessly. My router is a Linux Compatible WRT54GL and my wireless security is set to WPA Security.. What must I do to get it online wirelessly.... Should I download any drivers? If I do where do do so Dell.com isn't as helpful eventhough they have Ubuntu support now > > > > >
