    Stopping at 15%

When I start to install Kubuntu, it all runs smoothly. But then the whole computer just freezes when it reached 15%.

Do you think this is a problem with the computer, or the disk I am using to install kubuntu?

    thanks.

    Maybe these help:

    Installation
    https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation
The guides listed below provide instructions on how to install Ubuntu (or Kubuntu) on your computer.

Most people will use the standard installation procedure

If you have problems installing or need to install using a different method, see the other sections...

    Ubuntu Linux Resources

    What is this?
It's a collection of tutorials and random other pages that will help Ubuntu users.

Helpful would be data on the PC you are trying to install to:

      Make and model of computer
      Current operating system(s)
      Size of existing hard drive(s)
      Space available on hard drive(s)
      Amount of system RAM
Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007
