Getting a Linksys WPC54GS PC-Card to work

Basicly I've got the same problem with this card as my dvb-stick, have searched and followed countless guides and forumposts without luck, so now I'm hoping all of you can gather around with all your knowledge to help me out and solving this issue.

Where do I start?
