Reset Kmenu to Default - how?

I was messing around and renaming, moving, etc. all the icons listed in my Kmenu. When I finished, I don't know what happened, but 70% of my shortcuts, icons and programs groups are gone!

Is there somewhere that I can reset things to the default - the way it was setup when I first installed Kubuntu?

All fixed, I just deleted my user account and started a new one.
