So i'm getting very frustrated here because my screen just goes blank after kubuntu live loads(refer to http://www.kubuntuforums.net/forums/...p?topic=2434.0). Linux, at this point, is so not working for me.
I get the same problem on ubuntu live but I can get out of xserver to the virtual interface without having the screen die on me. I've tried to fix the problem by reconfiguring xserver so many times that I figured out that there's probably no way i'll be able to fix it because the live boots of ubuntu and kubuntu don't have as much user accessability as the real thing
So what i'm trying to figure out now is, if there's absolutely no way to live boot on my machine right now, will it possibly work when I install the real thing? coz I don't want to jump into all that partioning and dual boot install just to find out it still doesn't work..help?
