So... I have installed kubuntu on my toshiba laptop and it seems to work fine appart from one tiny glitch. I tried to install some packages (sun-java5-jre to be precise), then the Adept went highwired!! I couldn't start it at all so I tried
dpkg --configure -a
and it helped....well, at least that's what I thought
Packages wasn't installed correctly and now adept updater wants to update them. It prompts to accept debconf -> operating system distributor license for java 1.1(DLJ) and as soon as I do that, It says that "There was an error commiting changes. Possibly there was a problem downloading some packages....."
Have a look at the log form adept:
