    (In a konsole window)
    Code:
    sudo dpkg --configure -a
    followed by

    Code:
    sudo apt-get install adept
    should put it back together.

Adept isn't the world's greatest package manager. You might want to take a look at synaptic. It is also a package that you can install with
    Code:
    sudo apt-get install synaptic

If you have to install Adept every time you want to use it, DON'T! Install Synaptic instead. It is much more mature and stable. Adept is still undergoing significant modifications in every Kubuntu release. Synaptic has been working for a long time and is well understood.

If Synaptic also disappears every time you use it, then we'll know that the problem is somewhere on your system and we can start looking for a solution. Right now, it's not clear whether the problem is on your system or a bug in Adept.

Why install synaptic? Aptitude is faster. (I learned to use it in gutsy when Xserver didn't want to run nvidia drivers. It can actually downgrade packages ... somehow ... )
            and apt-get is the best.

              Why install synaptic?
Because some users like to use a graphical user interface package manager and Aptitude has by far the very worst pseudo-gui ncurses interface that I have ever seen, bar none (and I've seen a lot of bad interfaces and even generated some of them, myself).

yes, i prefer graphical interface. however i can use aptitude or even apt-get... but its better to use some nice graphical manger for me...

i've already installled synaptic... its nice
and i also probably know, what's wrong with adept... it shows me there are some broken files. but when i try to reinstall them (both synaptic and adept) it returns only error but nothing is fixed...

In Synaptic under edit>>>Fix broken packages>>apply

Anytime I a fresh install the first thing I do is install Synaptic. It's alot cleaner and easier to use<opinion>
