Kde sound killing me please help

Can some one please help me. I have kubuntu installed..or ubuntu and then installed kde but the main point is I am running kde. Every time that i minimize a window open a folder delete something it makes this sound and it was ok at first but not its really driving me batty. I muted my system so I dont have to hear it but then i want to be able to have music and stuff playing how do i turn off this sound? I tried turning off all event sounds but that didnt help

Ok, I figured out how to fix this myself. If anyone else has this problem, here is how to fix it.
go to sound and multimedia and go to system notifications. on the up of that window you should see event source, click that tab and go to kde window manager. I did disable all sound and now I'm set. you may want to disable sound for just certain things if so just go to what ya want and disable it hope this helps someone
