Switching from ubuntu to kubuntu

I've just installed to kubuntu desktop, and it works great. I've been using ubuntu for a while now and i felt like switching to Kubuntu, but I've still got all the old ubuntu Gnome packages like movie player and rhythmbox, i would like to get to the original kubuntu packages as if they were installed from the CD, any ideas on how i can do this?

KMenu>System>Adept Manager, which will ask for your Super User password. Then you can browse the 22,000 + packages and select whatever you want for installation (or removal, as the case may be).
