I keep seeing a program on screenshots of linux. it shows all your system details, like network speed etc. where can i get it? it can be seen

that's applets you can get with superkaramba
apt-get install superkaramba
after starting superkaramba, install/enable the applets of your choice
it's also easy enough to make your own applets.

I am not 100% sure since I am not using it myself but this looks like a superkaramba widget to me. You should have it somewhere in "K-menu/Urilities/Desktop/Superkaramba Desktop widget" Once you open it you can download a whole lot of widgets. If you don't have it install I guess

sudo apt-get install superkaramba

will do the trick.
