Deleted menu from KMenu Editor

I've just recently used Kubuntu (new Linux user) and I'm wondering how to get back the deleted menu from KMenu? I used the KMenu Editor to delete those menu and is there a way to retrieve back the deleted menu because I deleted some menu from Wine and I think I want to reinsert it back to the K Menu.

Right click on the KMenu-icon > menu editor > File > New item
Then choose the desired description and search for the right command.
Don't know whether this is what you meant?
