    Re: root password in dapper

    From Kubuntu Faq (http://www.kubuntu.org/faq.php#root)

What is the default root password?

There is no root password set as default. If KDE needs administrator privileges you should use your user password instead. You can also edit files as root from Konqueror with right click -> Actions -> Edit as Root.

Thank you very much for your assistance. Its help like this that show how much linux can bring our world closer together in love and harmony and not the chaos that the other system brings. Once again THANKS
