how do I burn ISO with kubuntu

neither of my rom drives seem to work with blanc CDs, but I want to burn an ISO image of dsl linux for a computer too small for kubuntu, all help welcome, thanks

what software are you using to burn CD?
i 'm not sure if it's the problem

But i used Nero and there is a function that "burn an ISO image to a CD"
and everything works fine.

K3B, KDE's disc burning program can handle that task easily. It is a fine piece of software and works flawlessly on my machine.
