    Problem with mouse

    Im instaled Kubuntu 5.10 this morning and i have a problem, my mouse (dont work) i go to the console and type dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86 to fixed
    ( i do the same thing with ubuntu and it works) but this time the sistem cant find the file and told me "the module dpkg is not instaled go to aptitude and instal the lost modules" then i go to aptitude and try to load the module but nothing works how can i use aptitude to load the modules or exist another way to fix my problem ?

    Kubuntu use xorg. try sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg
