Does anyone know the cause of the following behavior?
I'm trying to boot the LiveCD of 5.10 Breezy Badger. The KDE
desktop seems to come up, but a window opens that says
"Examining File Properties Source: trash:/". It has a
progress bar that shows 0% progress. This stays at 0%
progress for hours, preventing any useful use of the
machine, even though I suppose technically it has finished
booting. The desktop seems to be up, but won't respond.
I have booted the same LiveCD on another PC without
any trouble.
What is it doing when it says "Examining File Properties"
and is there a reason it wouldn't complete?
