ENABLING MY BUILT IN WIRLESS IN MY ACER ASPIRE 3003 LCI LAPTOP

I am running the latest version of Kubuntu and I can't seem to get my wireless connection enabled. I've configured the settings and try to enable it and it enables for a half a second and then disables. What am I doing wrong?

Hey, I'm having the same problem with my compaq running kubuntu 7.04. I try to enable the wireless network device, on eth1, and it disables it a couple of seconds after enabling it. It also gets stuck at 28% when trying to connect to wireless.

Howdy,

I will be the third on this post to have the exact same problem. I have an HP ze2000.

I hope that there is a fix to the problem because this might be the single most issue that will drive me back to Windows and I don't want to go backwards.
