    kde 3.5 failure

    Again, the old dopey guy.

I use Breezy, and wanted to update from kde 3.4.3 to 3.5.

    I did all this

    Code:
    wget http://people.ubuntu.com/~jriddell/k...iddell-key.gpg
    Code:
    sudo apt-key add kubuntu-packages-jriddell-key.gpg

    Kubuntu 5.10 (Breezy)

    deb http://kubuntu.org/packages/kde35 breezy main

and then did sudo apt-get update

    and then sudo apt-get upgrade.

Now, I still have kde 3.4.3 and I can't open synaptic, firefox, thunderbird etc,

    Luckily, konquerer still works.

Is there something I didn't do?

Could someone give me a hand with this, please?

    Cheers

Thanks all for your help. The old bloke actually worked it out for himself (with a little help from Adept).

    Cheers
