NTFS ACL and a Linux user

In linux, I can access my XP Pro drive. And read and copy data to my linux drive. But I can't save anything to my XP Pro drive. I assume it is an NTFS permissions thing. The guest of everyone must have read permissions, but not write permission. Thus allowing me to view and copy but not edit anything. How would I add my linux ant2ne profile into the NTFS permissions ACL without giving guests or everyone write access to the drive?

Right, thanks UnicornRider, but I do understand NTFS Permissions. In my WinXP Pro class we just finished an extensive chapter on the subject. What I don't know, is how to add a linux user to the ACL. It seems almost blasphemous to mention these topics in the class. I would like to add write permission to a linux user without adding write it to the everyone or users groups.
