Just installed Kubuntu... error screen!

Hello, can anyone help me out with this? I am a newbie to the highest degree

When I try typing "adduser" as it suggests, it doesn't work.

You may have to use 'sudo adduser <enter username here>'

If all else fails, do not install using the OEM option, just do a normal install. As the OEM installer has failed, there probably are more issues you may face here. The text is all out of place, so I think your whole install is broken/incomplete

Check the cd using the option at the boot screen, a corrupted file, bad burn,or corrupted iso might be a culprit here
