I want to compile the last stable vanilla kernel (2.6.20.6) for my HP Pavilion DV9059ea, but I'm worried to make some disaster (it's the first time I try to). I've read a lot of stuffs about this (on Google, wiki, ebook and similar...) but I don't understand nothing.
Could anyone help me with this, or give to me his compiled .deb for this kind of architecture (I hope so...would be fantastic!). I just hope that someone give me some tricks for make a good job...
