    lost a boot kernal

    So a buddy of mine at work is a linux guru. And i was getting sick having to be at my computer to start it so he set it for windows to start first. Well whatever he did it didnt save the windows info. like this

    title Ubuntu, kernel 2.6.17-11-generic
    root (hd0,1)
    kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.17-11-generic root=/dev/hda2 ro quiet splash
    initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.17-11-generic
    quiet
    savedefault
    boot


    but for windows. So now i cant get to my windows ME. can someone please help me. i need to get to my windows ap ASAP

    Mine is looking like this for xp, but I guess you should put the same :
