Broken Package

I am trying to install Synaptic to fix some problems of Broken Package....but it is very hard to me to install the Synaptic

How can I fix the problem with Broken Package with Adept Manager

Or another way

whats hard about installing synaptic?

press alt+F2 then type in konsole and hit enter
once that is open type in sudo apt-get install synaptic and hit enter
it will ask for a password so enter your password and hit enter again
and follow the prompts
