    WPA WiFi

    Hi!
I'm totally new to Linux, and I have problems with setting up the Linksys WUSB54GC adapter for a WPA-encrypted network.
I've tried most of the guides to accomplish this, that i found on Google but noting would work as expected.
To the start of, i could say that app found in K menu>Internet>Wireless Assistant Wireless LAN Manager was able to use the adapter even before i installed the .inf driver by ndiswrapper, but couldn't use WPA - only WEP. I'we also installed the WPAsupplicant
Basically it stalls when trying to use the KNetworkManager; at first, there was no way to set which network it should connect to (nor to enter the WPA-key), but now (somewhere after installing ndiswrapper-driver) it won't even show the devices (I also have a wired network-card).
I would appreciate it very much, if someone could take it from the top; if needed i will reinstall Kubuntu.
Thanks in advance to everybody who replies
