    Remapping Windoze keys

Still in Darkest China with an old Fujitsu grey import laptop.

Not only does it have the useless, ( I will not run dual boot, I WILL NOT run dual boot with only a 10Gig HD), windoze keys, but it has 3 keys, 2 with something in Chinese characters, ( Traditional Chinese, there, I bet youre impressed), and one with purely Japanese script.

    How DO you remap keys?

And, while were at it, as you can see from this meessage I cant find the apostrophe that should come in youre, were and cant.

Whats , ( AND whats), the ASCII code, and how do I enter it?
