    Time wrong in Kontact

I recently went through some problems getting the Network Time Protocol to work (A firewall was preventing access.) and the time got reset several times on my computer. Ever since, Kontact is showing a time 2 hours behind the system time: It's now 10:40, but Kontact claims it's 08:40. But in Kontact's settings, it insists it is on Europe/Paris time, which is correct (I'm in Lyon), give or take an hour for summer time.

How do I fix this, other than by lying to Kontact about the time zone?

    Thanks in advance.

In fact, why the $%^&* doesn't Kontact use system time? > That should at least be a possible choice, rather than deciding if I want Paris time, Mumbai time or whatever.

    Very annoying.
