In trying to recover from munging my installation, I am trying to copy my Thuderbird profile from a thumbdrive onto the hard drive. Mostly it works but then I hit an error message where it could not copy a file. I chose 'Skip' and let the job complete (I thought) and went back to the place it failed. Several files have not been copied, so I told Krusader to copy them again.
Now I get a dialog that reads Error - Krusader - ROOT PRIVILEGES, Could not start process Unable to create io-slave: Read-only file system.
The privileges on the file it is trying to copy show as rw-
