    question on universal repository

I know that "In breezy you can add MP3 support to K3b by installing k3b-mp3." I just installed Breezy today on my old Windows 98 computer, but the problem is that it doesn't have an Ethernet card yet. Hence, I currently have no Internet connection until I can get a wireless card or USB adapter. I do, however, have an Internet connection on my main Windows XP machine. Is there any way to get the package files from the repository and then somehow get them onto the Linux computer?

Maybe the apt-get.org website, then floppy disk them over.
