    /bin/sh : can't acess tty/job control turned off || HELP !

    Help !
    Well, the other day as I booted up, GRUB came up, as usual, boot up Linux.
    Next thing I know I get this error :

    BusyBox v1.1.3 (Debian 1:1.1.3-2ubuntu3) Built-in shell (ash)

    /bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
    (initramfs)
    Please help, I really want get Linux up and running again !
    (I am using Kubuntu 6.10)

      Thanks, but to be honest, I haven't got the slightest clue where to start off !
      I've heard of the kernel maybe being corrupt, but where can I downlaod it ?
