CUstomising KDE with themes

Hi !
So I got Kubuntu and internet to work, great, but now I would like themes to work too !
I went to KDE-look and downloaded some, but when I run up, it says "installing theme..." on the bottom bar and then nothing, I don't know how to activate them or anything !
Please help !

There is a plugin for kcontrol that does all the theme settings for you automatically. Best have a look at the kde apps site and search for theme...
