How do you Uninstal Kubuntu???

Help me please. I cant figure out how to uninstall linux and put windows back on. I just dont really understand how to do anything. And if its a program i have to download and run... please tlee me how to run it... lol. Thanks.

Hi,

If you want to remove linux and install windows, over, just start with a windows cd and install it, when it will ask for partitionning, remove all of them and create the one you want, then finish the install...

I would also like to know how to uninstall Kabuntu, i like the operating system but I'm not the only person that uses computer and have been asked to remove it as they are finding it complicated to use.I have tried to boot windows from CD but nothing happens. Could it have something to do with what they call grub

If you have an old win 98 boot diskette - it is simple to remedy the MBR problem:

Boot into the console, then:

fdisk/mbr

This brings back the old DOS style MBR.

Or - use fdisk to remove all partitions.

But it should really be just to ensure the PC boots from the CD.
